Free Shipping orders are shipped First Class and Priority Mail through USPS, UPS Ground with a tracking number. Typical delivery time is 2-5 business days, but delivery time is not guaranteed unless you purchased the Express Mail option (shipping upgrades are available at checkout). Shipping delays are possible and are out of our control.
