Cold Pack Shipping

Cold Pack Shipping:

Cold pack shipping is suggested during the Spring/Summer months as certain products are more susceptible to melting during transit. Cold pack shipping is our way to try and prevent your products from melting.  However, this is not a guarantee that the product will be in it’s normal state once delivered. 

The items we suggest to ship with cold packs are chocolates, lip balms, muscle rubs, & salves because they are receptive to melting during transit. Keep in mind that if the product melts, the appearance may be altered but not the performance of the product.
