Wildflower Honey by nature, this honey is raw & unfiltered. Raw & unfiltered honey is harvested, extracted, & jarred straight from the hive. *Our honey is never heated or filtered to remove beeswax, pollen, or other impurities. We’ve found that the raw form of crystalized honey gives the best flavor with a few extra nutrients from the unfiltered add-ins. The Appalachia wildflower profile included in this small batch includes classic clover, local wildflowers & all the summer wild berry bushes including elderberry, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, & even cranberry from the local bogs.
